To show his support for Chef Yia Vang's upcoming restaurant Vinai, James Beard finalist and acclaimed chef Jorge Guzman will team up with Yia for a private dinner with two seatings featuring a collaborative menu. A portion of the sales of this event will benefit Children’s Minnesota Hematology Oncology.

The 4 elements of Hmong food—Rice, Proteins, Veggie/Broth and Hot Sauce—in a "family style" dinner that showcases the ethos of Vinai.
